North Shore Cardiac Imaging P.C. participates in a variety of HMO and PPO programs and is affiliated with most major insurance plans. Co-payments and co-insurances are due at time of service. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash and the following credit cards:
We are sensitive to our patients’ concerns about the high cost of medical procedures, but we want our patients to receive the most appropriate diagnostic evaluation and treatment possible. In the event of financial concerns, please feel free to openly discuss the matter with our office manager. We will cooperate with you in every way possible to arrange convenient terms for payment of accounts.
